We do on site, drop-offs, or can order in advance and come pick it up when it’s ready.
Our large portable boiling pot are used to boil crawfish or shrimp on site, or we can boil it beforehand. We can cater any size of event and any type food, include southern styled, ribs, fried chicken, catfish, meatloaf, along with the fixings. Sides can include a creative salad with spinach, goat cheese, candied pecans and strawberries, mixed vegetables, potato wedges or fries, mashed potatoes with gravy, turnip greens, corn, potatoes and mushrooms, anything you want, we have the experience to put it together.
We'll also help brainstorm for your next family get together, party or any kind of special event. We can handle any kind of themed, small or large scale catering event, and can help with making it special. You’ll get quality food, everything will be prepared and/or delivered right on time, so there will be nothing to worry about food wise, allowing you to really enjoy the day or event. Corporate catering is available, really up to 300 guests is what we can accommodate comfortably. The big thing will be, call to get more information.

Our last catering job involved food delivery to the tune of 1,100 lbs. of crawfish, 240 ears of corn, 50 lbs. of potatoes, 70 lbs. of sausage, 40 lbs. of mushrooms, 30 lbs. of jambalaya and
250 lbs. of crabs.
